Adopting international advanced double pulley double steel wire design, the steel wire has long service life. This machine is suitable and reliable for winding thick wire. It adopts PLC program control, color touch screen for setting parameters, servo motor for winding and arraying. It has functions of automatic multi-times pushing into tooling, automatic cutting, automatic turning, automatic winding and automatic pushing into the claws, and fault self-diagnosis display. It can complete of two three-phase stators coils at one time.
