本機適用于汽車起動電機電樞扁裸線繞組的自動送線、校直、切斷、自動扭拉成形的一種專用設(shè)備。采用三菱PLC程控，觸摸屏或液晶顯示器設(shè)定參數(shù)，由獨立放線機，校直送線機構(gòu)及下料成形機三部分組成，定長送線、機械聯(lián)動自動扭轉(zhuǎn)臂拉成形結(jié)構(gòu)，四刀切斷，成形角度可調(diào)節(jié)。
