本機適用于起動電機及類似微電機轉(zhuǎn)子(電樞)經(jīng)滴漆、滾漆后，對轉(zhuǎn)子鐵芯外園，換向器點焊后端面及換向器外園的粗車。本機以通用數(shù)控車床為基礎(chǔ)，增加氣動頂尖，自動預托轉(zhuǎn)子支承，尾座自動頂入和退出。采用四工位電動自動旋轉(zhuǎn)刀架，CNC程控，生產(chǎn)效率高。車削產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量可靠。
